The 50th edition of the Rencontres Stratégiques du Manager continues in Belgium with General Pierre de Villiers. Centred on the theme “Nous avons changé de Monde ! Plus 1 minute à perdre pour remonter en puissance !”, the event invites business leaders and professionals to explore strategy, courage and readiness in a fast-changing international context. A concise, high-level evening for those interested in leadership, defence, resilience and strategic transformation.

Designed for entrepreneurs, CEOs and managers, the events offer a space to step back from daily business challenges, cultivate curiosity and draw inspiration from remarkable speakers.
Previous editions have welcomed leading voices from defence, politics, industry, economics and security, including General Pierre de Villiers, Hubert Védrine, Philippe Delmas and Philippe Dessertine. General Pierre de Villiers is a former Chief of the Defence Staff of France, serving from 2014 to 2017 after a distinguished career in the French Army. He led French forces through major international operations and is now a respected speaker and author on leadership, authority, resilience and strategic decision-making in times of uncertainty.
