Our Design Expertise

Design

Designing hardware for space leaves no margin for late fixes. Anywaves brings together RF, electronics, mechanical, thermal, software and telecom engineers within a single, integrated design team. From requirements definition to flight acceptance, our multidisciplinary approach ensures that performance, reliability and environmental constraints are addressed coherently from day one. Supported by industry‑standard tools, in‑house testing capabilities and deep experience with space standards, we help reduce programme risk and deliver hardware ready to perform throughout its mission lifetime.

Innovation

Innovation at Anywaves is driven by a single goal: delivering space‑qualified RF antennas and electronics that push performance without compromising reliability. We design, manufacture and qualify our technologies in‑house, across the full product lifecycle. By adapting proven technologies from adjacent industries and validating them under representative space conditions, we advance frequency capability, integration density, radiation tolerance and form factor. The result is flight‑proven hardware, built to evolve with mission needs and generate long‑term operational value.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing at Anywaves is built around repeatability, traceability and controlled quality. Across our Toulouse and Luxembourg sites, space antennas, RF electronics and SDR platforms are produced through EN 9100‑aligned processes covering sourcing, assembly, testing and delivery. Every component, operation and result is documented from receipt to dispatch. With in‑house assembly, acceptance testing and integrated quality control, we ensure that hardware proven in design and qualification can be produced consistently, at scale, and delivered worldwide to the same exacting standard.

Industrialization

Industrialization at Anywaves ensures that validated designs become production‑ready products without loss of performance or predictability. Our structured methodology spans DFMEA and PFMEA analyses, controlled prototyping, aerospace‑standard validation steps and continuous process monitoring. Applied consistently across antennas, RF electronics and SDR platforms, it enables repeatable manufacturing, full traceability and reliable scaling from prototype to series production. By integrating industrial constraints early, we reduce qualification risk, limit late‑stage surprises and deliver hardware that performs consistently across units, batches and mission timelines.

Testing

Testing at Anywaves is the final proof that hardware can be trusted in orbit. Every antenna, RF electronic unit and SDR platform follows a structured test sequence combining functional verification, environmental exposure and post‑test performance comparison. From qualification campaigns to Flight Model acceptance testing, our approach is designed to detect issues early and confirm performance stability under real mission conditions. With full test traceability and systematic pre‑ and post‑environmental analysis, we deliver flight‑ready hardware validated beyond simulation.

Quality Management

Quality at Anywaves is built into every stage of a space programme, not inspected at the end. Governed by an EN 9100‑certified framework, our quality management process spans design, manufacturing and testing, with full traceability and controlled processes across all sites. Using structured risk management, PDCA‑driven continuous improvement and rigorous non‑conformity handling, we ensure reliability, transparency and auditability throughout the product lifecycle—delivering space‑qualified hardware that meets aerospace standards and mission‑critical expectations.
