A Fully Integrated Industrial Model

From Design to Production in Toulouse

With the inauguration of its in-house production facility in 2025, Anywaves reached a major industrial milestone: antennas are no longer only designed in Toulouse—they are now fully manufactured and validated locally.

This 500 m² site, equipped with a dedicated cleanroom and advanced testing infrastructure, enables the company to master every stage of the production chain, including RF testing, assembly, environmental validation, and final acceptance. This vertical integration ensures tighter control over quality, performance, and delivery schedules across all programs.

Scaling for the Future of Space

The Toulouse production site is designed as a scalable industrial platform, supporting the transition from prototyping to series production.

Structured AIT workflows—from kitting and integration to vibration and thermal testing—enable efficient and repeatable manufacturing processes.

With current production already reaching several tens of antennas per month and scalable capacity targeting several hundreds of units, Anywaves is preparing to support the growing needs of constellation programs and high-volume space missions.

This pilot facility also serves as a blueprint for future international expansion, combining industrial performance with agility and innovation.

Industrial Discipline Meets Engineering Intelligence

Anywaves France reflects the company’s commitment to combining engineering excellence with industrial discipline.

By integrating design, production, and testing within a single ecosystem, the Toulouse sites ensure consistency, traceability, and high reliability from early development to flight hardware delivery. Each antenna is manufactured and validated through rigorous processes aligned with the highest aerospace standards.

This approach enables not only technical performance, but also operational efficiency—supporting fast decision-making, controlled production scaling, and long-term program reliability.

At the intersection of innovation and execution, Anywaves France plays a central role in delivering robust RF solutions for the most demanding space missions

N3SS Mission CNES Spectrum Surveillance Satellite

N3SS

N3SS

The N3SS (Nanosat 3U pour la Surveillance du Spectre) satellite, initiated by CNES, operates as an in-orbit demonstrator, emphasizing planetary surveillance of the civilian radiofrequency spectrum in the L and S bands and keenly analyzing jamming sources.
Developed by the startup U-Space and inspired by the EyeSat platform, its communication capabilities are bolstered by Anywaves’ precision-engineered antennas.
While the S-Band TT&C Antenna showcases a strong flight heritage, the innovative Ceramic 3D Printed GNSS L1/E1 Bands Antenna, developed under an ESA contract, marks its inaugural journey, contributing significantly to the satellite’s mission goals.
