Anywaves joins the International Astronautical Federation (IAF)

Strengthening our global connections in the space community

We’re proud to share that Anywaves is now a member of the International Astronautical Federation (IAF) — the world’s largest and most representative network dedicated to advancing space cooperation.

At the latest IAF General Assembly, 57 new organisations were welcomed into the Federation, bringing the total to over 600 members across 82 countries. We’re honoured to join this dynamic community of space agencies, industry leaders, research centres, and universities working together to push the boundaries of space exploration and innovation.

A shared vision for international collaboration

Founded in 1951, the IAF plays a pivotal role in fostering global cooperation in space. Its mission is to connect people, ideas, and institutions from all parts of the world, which resonates strongly with us at Anywaves.

Through its committees, publications, and flagship events such as the International Astronautical Congress (IAC) and various Global Conferences, the IAF provides a unique platform for sharing knowledge and shaping the future of the space sector. The next edition of the IAC, for instance, will take place in Antalya, Türkiye, in October 2026 — and we look forward to being part of that conversation.
