Etienne Le Bras Appointed CEO Following Anywaves–EmTroniX Merger

Anywaves announces the appointment of Etienne Le Bras as Chief Executive Officer of EmTronix (Anywaves Luxembourg entity), marking a key milestone in the group’s development following the recent merger between Anywaves and EmTroniX.

Etienne Le Bras brings extensive experience in space technologies and industrial operations. Having previously served as Chief Operating Officer at EmTroniX, he has played a central role in structuring the company’s growth and advancing its product portfolio. His appointment as CEO reflects a clear ambition: to accelerate the integration of both organizations and unlock the full potential of their combined expertise.

The merger between Anywaves and EmTroniX brings together two highly complementary domains—advanced antenna systems and space-qualified electronics.
